Personal Performance Review #3
Three weeks into following my resolutions and it is still not quite routine. Turning new behaviours into habits is going to take a bit longer then.
Having a short week made it easy to keep the dog-walking resolution MTFSS. Still the same walk as usual but at the new faster pace. Saturday was doggie playdate and we extended our exercise by walking there (and getting a ride back)

Missed doing yoga Monday. Early flight combined with late evening laziness makes it tough to get motivated on...
Personal Performance Review #1
The idea behind taking little steps to big change is that by doing small things that I can turn into habits I can make start down the path to taking better care of myself and then gradually begin to build on this (rather than committing to some huge and then pooping out). So, how’s it going?
Walked the dog 5 days, each day I was in town, MTFSS. Current walk is about 30 minutes and 1.25...
Little Steps to Big Change
2008 has begun and lots of people have new year’s resolutions that they know will be history within a few weeks or even days. Others, like my fabulous twitter budz, are kicking off the year with a bang, cooperatively encouraing each other to workout for 25 days in January with the Twitter PT Challenge.
What am I doing? I’m taking small bites out of a big theme: Take Better Care of...
